Williams, William Carlos William Carlos WilliamsWilliams, Wil·liam Car·los /ˈwɪljəm ˈkɑːlɒs $ -ˈkɑːrləʊs/ (1883–1963) an American writer from Rutherford, New Jersey who was a doctor before he started writing. He is best known for his Modernist poems such as This is Just To Say and The Red Wheelbarrow. His most famous work is Paterson, five books of poetry about the New Jersey town of Paterson.
