Shelley, Percy Bysshe Percy Bysshe ShelleyShelley, Per·cy Bysshe /ˈpɜːsi bɪʃ $ ˈpɜːr-/ (1792–1822) an English poet of the Romantic Movement, who was also known for his dislike of religion and his strong belief in political freedom.
