Musharraf, Pervez Pervez MusharrafMu·shar·raf, Per·vez /mʊˈʃærəf, pɜːˈvez $ -ˈʃɑːrəf, pɜːr-/ (1943-) a Pakistani politician who became the Chief Executive (=head of government) in 1999 as the result of a coup d'etat. In 2001 he gave himself the position of president of Pakistan. In November 2007 while the Supreme Court was considering whether Musharraf’s re-election as president in the October 2007 elections was valid, he put many judges and lawyers in prison, and declared a state of emergency which he ended in December 2007. He had a successful military career and became the Army Chief of Staff and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 1998. He resigned from the army in November 2007. - 天下之财,生者一人,食者九人；兴者四人,害者六人。其冻馁而死者,生之人十九,食之人十一。其饱暖而乐者,害之人十九,兴之人十一。呜呼!可为伤心矣。三代之政行,宁有此哉!
- 天下之贤,与天下用之,何必出于己
- 天下事不是一人做底,故舜五臣、周十乱,其余所用皆小德小贤,方能兴化致治。天下事不是一时做底,故尧舜相继百五十年,然后黎民于变；文武周公相继百年,然后教化大行。今无一人谈治道,而孤掌欲鸣；一人倡之,众人从而诋訾之；一时作之,后人从而倾圮之。呜呼!世道终不三代耶?振教铎以化吾侪,得数人焉相引而在事权,庶几或可望乎!
